# THE CHITTAGONG HILL-TRACTS LAWS REGULATION, 1942

WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the enactments specified in the Schedule to the Chittagong Hill-tracts;

It is hereby enacted as follows:-

### Short title

**1.** This Regulation may be called the Chittagong Hill- tracts Laws Regulation, 1942.

### Application of certain enactments to the Chittagong Hill-tracts

**2.** The enactments specified in the Schedule shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.
