# THE CHITTAGONG HILL-TRACTS LAWS (No. III) REGULATION, 1942

> A Regulation to apply the Securities Act, 1920 , to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.

WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the [Securities Act, 1920](/laws/act-118 "Act 118") to the Chittagong Hill-tracts;

X of 1920                                It is hereby enacted as follows:-

### Short title

1\. This Regulation may be called [THE CHITTAGONG HILL-TRACTS LAWS (No. III) REGULATION, 1942](/laws/act-1328 "Act 1328")

### Application of Act X of 1920 to the Chittagong Hill- tracts

2\. The [Securities Act, 1920](/laws/act-118 "Act 118") , in so far as it Application is not inconsistent with the Chittagong Hill- tracts Regulation, 1900, (Reg. I of 1990), or with any rules made thereunder for the time being in force, shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-Tracts.
