# THE CHITTAGONG HILL-TRACT LAWS REGULATIONS, 1943

> A Regulation to apply the Explosive Substances Act, 1908 , to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.

WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the [Explosive Substances Act, 1908](/laws/act-87 "Act 87") , to the Chittagong Hill-tracts;

It is hereby enacted as follows:-

### Short title

1\. This Regulation may be called the Chittagong Hill-tracts Laws Regulation, 1943.

### Application of Act VI of 1908 to the Chittagong Hill- tracts

2\. The [Explosive Substances Act, 1908](/laws/act-87 "Act 87") , shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.
