# THE CHITTAGONG HILL-TRACTS LAWS (No. III) REGULATION, 1943

> A Regulation to apply the Soldiers (Litigation) Act, 1925 , to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.

WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the [Soldiers (Litigation) Act, 1925](/laws/act-135 "Act 135") , to the Chittagong Hill-tracts;

It is hereby enacted as follows:-

### Short title

1\. This Regulation may be called [THE CHITTAGONG HILL-TRACTS LAWS (No. III) REGULATION, 1943](/laws/act-1335 "Act 1335") .

### Application of Act IV of 1925 to the Chittagong Hill- tracts

2\. The [Soldiers (Litigation) Act, 1925](/laws/act-135 "Act 135") , shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.
