> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://laws.sayed.app/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # International Crimes (Tribunals) (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2025 > International Crimes (Tribunals) Act, 1973 অধিকতর সংশোধনকল্পে প্রণীত অধ্যাদেশ **Status:** Repealed **Date of Publication:** ১০ মে, ২০২৫ **Act No:** ২০২৫ সনের ২০ নং অধ্যাদেশ **এই অধ্যাদেশ  International Crimes (Tribunals) (Amendment) Act, 2026 (Act No. XIII of 2026) আইন দ্বারা রহিত করা হইয়াছে।** যেহেতু নিম্নবর্ণিত উদ্দেশ্যসমূহ পূরণকল্পে [International Crimes (Tribunals) Act, 1973](/laws/act-435 "Act 435") (Act No. XIX of 1973) এর অধিকতর সংশোধন করা সমীচীন ও প্রয়োজনীয়; এবং যেহেতু সংসদ ভাঙ্গিয়া যাওয়া অবস্থায় রহিয়াছে এবং রাষ্ট্রপতির নিকট ইহা সন্তোষজনকভাবে প্রতীয়মান হইয়াছে যে, আশু ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় পরিস্থিতি বিদ্যমান রহিয়াছে; সেহেতু [গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান](/laws/act-957 "Act 957") ের ৯৩(১) অনুচ্ছেদে প্রদত্ত ক্ষমতাবলে রাষ্ট্রপতি নিম্নরূপ অধ্যাদেশ প্রণয়ন ও জারি করিলেন:- ### সংক্ষিপ্ত শিরোনাম ও প্রবর্তন ১। (১) এই অধ্যাদেশ [International Crimes (Tribunals) (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2025](/laws/act-1533 "Act 1533") নামে অভিহিত হইবে। (২) ইহা অবিলম্বে কার্যকর হইবে। ### Act No. XIX of 1973 এর section 2 এর সংশোধন ২। [International Crimes (Tribunals) Act, 1973](/laws/act-435 "Act 435") (Act No. XIX of 1973), অতঃপর উক্ত Act বলিয়া উল্লিখিত, এর section 2 এর clause (bb) এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন clause (bbb) সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- “(bbb) “organisation” means any political party, or any entity subordinate to, or affiliated to, or associated with such a party, or any group of individuals which, in the opinion of the Tribunal, propagates, supports, endorses, facilitates, or engages in the activities of such a party or entity;” । ### Act No. XIX of 1973 এ section 20B এর সন্নিবেশ ৩। উক্ত Act এর section 20A এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন section 20B সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- “20B. Punishments, etc. for organization.- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any other law for the time being in force, if it appears to the Tribunal that any organisation has committed, ordered, attempted, aided, incited, abetted, conspired, facilitated or otherwise assisted the commission of any of the crimes under sub-section (2) of section 3 of this Act, the Tribunal shall have the power to suspend or prohibit its activities, ban the organisation, suspend or cancel its registration or license, and confiscate its property.” । *** ### Footnotes Click [here](http://bdlaws.minlaw.gov.bd/act-details-1533.html) to see the original act on the Bangladesh Legal Database.
