> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://laws.sayed.app/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # International Crimes (Tribunals) (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 2025 > International Crimes (Tribunals) Act, 1973 অধিকতর সংশোধনকল্পে প্রণীত অধ্যাদেশ **Status:** Repealed **Date of Publication:** ০৬ অক্টোবর, ২০২৫ **Act No:** ২০২৫ সনের ৫৩ নং অধ্যাদেশ **এই অধ্যাদেশ  International Crimes (Tribunals) (Amendment) Act, 2026 (Act No. XIII of 2026) আইন দ্বারা রহিত করা হইয়াছে।** যেহেতু নিম্নবর্ণিত উদ্দেশ্যসমূহ পূরণকল্পে [International Crimes (Tribunals) Act, 1973](/laws/act-435 "Act 435") (Act No. XIX of 1973) এর অধিকতর সংশোধন করা সমীচীন ও প্রয়োজনীয়; এবং যেহেতু সংসদ ভাঙ্গিয়া যাওয়া অবস্থায় রহিয়াছে এবং রাষ্ট্রপতির নিকট ইহা সন্তোষজনকভাবে প্রতীয়মান হইয়াছে যে, আশু ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় পরিস্থিতি বিদ্যমান রহিয়াছে; সেহেতু [গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান](/laws/act-957 "Act 957") ের ৯৩(১) অনুচ্ছেদে প্রদত্ত ক্ষমতাবলে রাষ্ট্রপতি নিম্নরূপ অধ্যাদেশ প্রণয়ন ও জারি করিলেন:- ### সংক্ষিপ্ত শিরোনাম ও প্রবর্তন ১।  (১) এই অধ্যাদেশ [International Crimes (Tribunals) (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 2025](/laws/act-1566 "Act 1566") নামে অভিহিত হইবে। (২) ইহা অবিলম্বে কার্যকর হইবে। ### Act No. XIX of 1973 এ section 20C এর সন্নিবেশ ২। [International Crimes (Tribunals) Act, 1973](/laws/act-435 "Act 435") (Act No. XIX of 1973) এর section 20B এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন section 20C সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- “20C. Disqualification of the accused upon formal charge.- (1) Where a formal charge is submitted against any person under sub-section (1) of section 9 of this Act, such person shall be disqualified- (a) from being elected, or being, a member of Parliament; or (b) from being elected or appointed, or being, a member, commissioner, chairman, mayor or administrator, as the case may be, of any Local Government Bodies; or (c) from being appointed to any service of the Republic; or (d) from holding any other public office.
