No. 6 of 1972) এর অধিকতর সংশোধন সমীচীন ও প্রয়োজনীয়; সেহেতু এতদ্দ্বারা নিম্নরূপ আইন প্রণয়ন করা হইল:— ### সংক্ষিপ্ত শিরোনাম ও প্রবর্তন ১। (১) এই আইন [Bangladesh Law Officers (Amendment) Act, 2026](/laws/act-1638 "Act 1638") নামে অভিহিত হইবে। (২) ইহা ১০ আগস্ট, ২০২৪ তারিখে কার্যকর হইয়াছে বলিয়া গণ্য হইবে। ### President's Order No. 6 of 1972 এর Article 3 এর সংশোধন ২। [Bangladesh Law Officers Order, 1972](/laws/act-370 "Act 370") (P.O. No. 6 of 1972), এর Article 3 এর Clause (2) এর প্রান্তস্থিত ফুলস্টপ "." চিহ্নের পরিবর্তে কোলন ":" প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং অতঃপর নিম্নরূপ শর্তাংশ সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:— "Provided that while making the appointment, the President may consider relaxing the age-limit of an Additional Attorney-General or a Deputy Attorney-General, as the case may be, if he is found fit and efficient."। ### রহিতকরণ ও হেফাজত ৩। (১) [Bangladesh Law Officers (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024](/laws/act-1513 "Act 1513") (২০২৪ সনের ১৭ নং অধ্যাদেশ), অতঃপর উক্ত অধ্যাদেশ বলিয়া উল্লিখিত, এতদ্দ্বারা রহিত করা হইল। (২) উপ-ধারা (১) এর অধীন রহিতকরণ সত্ত্বেও, উক্ত অধ্যাদেশের অধীন কৃত কোনো কার্য, গৃহীত কোনো ব্যবস্থা বা সূচিত কোনো কার্যধারা এই আইনের অধীন কৃত, গৃহীত বা সূচিত হইয়াছে বলিয়া গণ্য হইবে। *** ### Footnotes Click [here](http://bdlaws.minlaw.gov.bd/act-details-1638.html) to see the original act on the Bangladesh Legal Database.
