> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://laws.sayed.app/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # The Excises and Salt (Amendment) Act, 2026 > The Excises and Salt Act, 1944 এর অধিকতর সংশোধনকল্পে প্রণীত আইন **Status:** Active **Date of Publication:** ১০ এপ্রিল, ২০২৬ **Act No:** ২০২৬ সনের ৭৬ নং আইন যেহেতু নিম্নবর্ণিত উদ্দেশ্যসমূহ পূরণকল্পে The Excises and Salt Act, 1994 (Act No. 1 of 1944) এর অধিকতর সংশোধন করা সমীচীন ও প্রয়োজনীয়; সেহেতু এতদ্দ্বারা নিম্নরূপ আইন করা হইল:— ### সংক্ষিপ্ত শিরোনাম ও প্রবর্তন ১। (১) এই আইন The [Excises and Salt (Amendment) Act, 2026](/laws/act-1705 "Act 1705") নামে অভিহিত হইবে। (২) এই আইন ৯ জানুয়ারি ২০২৫ তারিখে কার্যকর হইয়াছে বলিয়া গণ্য হইবে। ### Act No. I of 1944 এর FIRST SCHEDULE এর সংশোধন ২। The [Excises and Salt Act, 1944](/laws/act-206 "Act 206") (Act No. I of 1944) এর FIRST SCHEDULE এর PART-II এর "SERVICES” শিরোনামাধীন টেবিলের কলাম (1) এর Service Code E033.00 এর বিপরীতে কলাম (3) এর- (ক) Para (a) এ উল্লিখিত “Taka 300.00 (three hundred)” শব্দগুলি, সংখ্যা এবং বন্ধনীর পরিবর্তে “Taka 700.00 (seven hundred)” শব্দগুলি, সংখ্যা এবং বন্ধনী প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে; এবং (খ) Para (b) এ উল্লিখিত “Taka 3000.00 (three thousand)” শব্দগুলি, সংখ্যা এবং বন্ধনীর পরিবর্তে “Taka 4000.00 (four thousand)” শব্দগুলি, সংখ্যাটি এবং বন্ধনী প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে । ### রহিতকরণ ও হেফাজত ৩। (১) The [Excises and Salt (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025](/laws/act-1515 "Act 1515") (Ordinance No. 2 of 2025) এতদ্দ্বারা রহিত করা হইল। (২) উক্তরূপ রহিতকরণ সত্ত্বেও রহিত অধ্যাদেশের অধীন কৃত কোনো কাজকর্ম বা গৃহীত কোনো ব্যবস্থা এই আইনের অধীন কৃত বা গৃহীত হইয়াছে বলিয়া গণ্য হইবে। *** ### Footnotes Click [here](http://bdlaws.minlaw.gov.bd/act-details-1705.html) to see the original act on the Bangladesh Legal Database.
