# ব্যাংক রেজল্যুশন (সংশোধন) আইন, ২০২৬

> ব্যাংক রেজল্যুশন আইন, ২০২৬ সংশোধনকল্পে প্রণীত আইন

যেহেতু নিম্নবর্ণিত উদ্দেশ্য পূরণকল্পে, [ব্যাংক রেজল্যুশন আইন, ২০২৬](https://laws.sayed.app/laws/act-1717.md "Act 1717") (২০২৬ সনের ৮৮ নং আইন) এর সংশোধন সমীচীন ও প্রয়োজনীয়;

সেহেতু এতদ্দ্বারা নিম্নরূপ আইন করা হইল:-

### সংক্ষিপ্ত শিরোনাম ও প্রবর্তন

১। (১) এই আইন [ব্যাংক রেজল্যুশন (সংশোধন) আইন, ২০২৬](https://laws.sayed.app/laws/act-1738.md "Act 1738") নামে অভিহিত হইবে।

(২) ইহা অবিলম্বে কার্যকর হইবে।

### ২০২৬ সনের ৮৮ নং আইনের ধারা ১৮ক এর বিলুপ্তি

২। [ব্যাংক রেজল্যুশন আইন, ২০২৬](https://laws.sayed.app/laws/act-1717.md "Act 1717") (২০২৬ সনের ৮৮ নং আইন) এর ধারা ১৮ক বিলুপ্ত হইবে।
