Status: Active Date of Publication: 12th March,1942 Act No: BENGAL REGULATION I OF 1942 WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the enactments specified in the Schedule to the Chittagong Hill-tracts; It is hereby enacted as follows:-

Short title

1. This Regulation may be called the Chittagong Hill- tracts Laws Regulation, 1942.

Application of certain enactments to the Chittagong Hill-tracts

2. The enactments specified in the Schedule shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.
