The Bangladesh Passport Order, 1973 (President's Order).
WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the issue of passports and travel documents to regulate, in the public interest, the departure from Bangladesh of citizens of Bangladesh and other persons and for matters incidental or ancillary thereto;

Preamble
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of paragraph 3 of the Fourth Schedule to the Constitution of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the President is pleased to make the following Order:-Sections/Articles
