Status: Repealed Date of Publication: 5th February, 1974 Act No: IX OF 1974 WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Bidi (Restriction of Manufacture) Ordinance, 1966 (E.P. Ord. IV of 1966); It is hereby enacted as follows:-

Short title and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Bidi (Restriction of Manufacture) (Repeal) Act, 1974 . (2) It shall come into force at once.

Repeal

2. The Bidi (Restriction of Manufacture) Ordinance, 1966 (E.P. Ord. IV of 1966) is hereby repealed.
