The Bangladesh (Vesting of Property and Assets) Order, 1972 (President's Order)
WHEREAS it is necessary to vest all properties and assets vested in and managed by the Government of Pakistan or Board constituted by or under any law and the former Government of East Pakistan in the Government of Bangladesh;

Preamble
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of Independence read with the Provisional Constitution of Bangladesh Order, 1972, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the President is pleased to make the following Order:-Sections/Articles
