The Bangladesh Special (Remuneration and Privileges) Order, 1972 (President's Order)
WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the remuneration and privileges of the President, Prime Minister, 1[Members of the Council of Ministers], Ministers of State and Deputy Ministers of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and holders of certain scheduled offices;

Preamble
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of Independence of Bangladesh, read with the Provisional Constitution of Bangladesh Order, 1972 and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the President is pleased to make the following Order:-Sections/Articles
