The Bangladesh Insurance (Nationalisation) Order, 1972 (President's Order)
WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the nationalisation of insurance business in Bangladesh by transferring all such business to certain corporations established for the purpose and to provide for the regulation and control of the business of the corporations and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto;

NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of Independence of Bangladesh, read with the Provisional Constitution of Bangladesh Order, 1972, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the President is pleased to make the following Order :-Sections/Articles
