Preamble
যেহেতু নিম্নবর্ণিত উদ্দেশ্য পূরণকল্পে Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972 (P. O. No. 127 of 1972) এর অধিকতর সংশোধন করা সমীচীন ও প্রয়োজনীয়; সেহেতু এতদ্বারা নিম্নরূপ আইন করা হইলঃ-Sections/Articles
সংক্ষিপ্ত শিরোনাম
১। এই আইন Bangladesh Bank (Amendment) Act, 2020 নামে অভিহিত হইবে।O. No. 127 of 1972 এর Article 10 এর সংশোধন
২। Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972 (P. O. No. 127 of 1972) এর Article 10 এর clause (5) এর শর্তাংশে উল্লিখিত “sixty five” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে “sixty seven” শব্দসমূহ প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে।Footnotes
