Preamble

WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the Explosive Substances Act, 1908, to the Chittagong Hill-tracts; It is hereby enacted as follows:-

Short title

  1. This Regulation may be called the Chittagong Hill-tracts Laws Regulation, 1943.

Application of Act VI of 1908 to the Chittagong Hill- tracts

  1. The Explosive Substances Act, 1908, shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.
