Status: Active Date of Publication: 18th March, 1943 Act No: BENGAL REGULATION I OF 1943 WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the Explosive Substances Act, 1908 , to the Chittagong Hill-tracts; It is hereby enacted as follows:-

Short title

1. This Regulation may be called the Chittagong Hill-tracts Laws Regulation, 1943.

Application of Act VI of 1908 to the Chittagong Hill- tracts

2. The Explosive Substances Act, 1908 , shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.
