Preamble
WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the enactments specified in the Schedule to the Chittagong Hill-tracts; It is hereby enacted as follows:-Sections/Articles
Short title
- This Regulation may be called the Chittagong Hill- tracts Laws (No. II) Regulation, 1944.
Application of certain enactments to the Chittagong Hill-tracts
- The enactments specified in the Schedule with the modification therein set forth shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.
