Status: Active Date of Publication: 16th December, 1943 Act No: BENGAL REGULATION III OF 1943 WHEREAS it is expedient to apply the Soldiers (Litigation) Act, 1925 , to the Chittagong Hill-tracts; It is hereby enacted as follows:-

Short title

1. This Regulation may be called THE CHITTAGONG HILL-TRACTS LAWS (No. III) REGULATION, 1943 .

Application of Act IV of 1925 to the Chittagong Hill- tracts

2. The Soldiers (Litigation) Act, 1925 , shall apply to the Chittagong Hill-tracts.
